To place your order for a beautiful Shivaree™ Hat:
1. Each Shivaree™ hat is custom designed with
exquisite handmade veils. Refer to the pictures on the Gallery
page for current hat styles and veil designs. Then, contact us
to customize a hat. We will create a gorgeous Shivaree™ hat for
you and will make all attempts to meet your request for color,
theme, fabric and trims. For your free consultation, please email

or call 720-339-3906 to discuss your design. Prior
to shipping, we will email you a picture of your Shivaree hat
for your approval.
2. Hats are available in the following sizes.
To find your hat size, measure around the fullest part of your
head, above your eyebrows and then compare to the chart below:

3. The retail sales price of a Shivaree™ hat
includes the hat, custom-designed handmade veil, and exclusive
heart shape concho attached to the bow. Shipping is not included
and is extra. Our on-line purchasing site is under construction
and will be available soon. Until then, you may pay for your purchase
using a credit card over the phone. We
accept MasterCard, Visa and Discover. We also accept money orders
and will ship the hat once we receive it by mail. We do not accept
personal checks.
4. Unless specified otherwise, we will ship
your new Shivaree™ hat by US Priority Mail. Your Shivaree™ hat
is placed in a lovely hat box, carefully packaged and generally
arrives within 2-3 business days. Actual shipping costs may vary
and depend on the mail zone of the shipping address. Next day
shipments are available.
5. We want you to be pleased with your Shivaree™
hat and your complete satisfaction is guaranteed. Because each
hat and veil is designed specifically for one special person,
we cannot accept returns. We will, however, allow an exchange.
If you are not pleased with your order or need a different size,
please contact us within 5 days of receiving your hat to arrange
for an exchange. To exchange, the hat must not be worn or damaged.
You will be responsible for additional shipping charges related
to the exchange and any incremental increase in price for a new
hat that may result.
6. All shipments are insured. In the event your
Shivaree™ hat is damaged during shipment, please notify us immediately.
7. Colorado residents must pay Colorado
State sales tax of 2.9% plus any applicable county sales taxes.
